You can be confident that we don’t unnecessarily charge or fine members – even on a free membership. Fees are charged very rarely and you are never charged for fair wear and tear!

Without exception everyone needs to clean things and return them by the end of the loan period. Everything should be returned (with all peripheral parts) in the packaging supplied with any instructions or manuals . We rely on everyone using simple household cleaning products to get items back into a clean and dry condition by the time they are returned.
Unfortunately fees can be incurred for late return, unclean, missing parts broken or damaged, and in other less common circumstances.
We do charge members who cancel their subscription and restart their membership again after a short period
Fees are generally capped at twice the cost of a replacement item, but other fees may be ongoing.
We are very easy going and we allow for things getting older and needing to be replaced at some points, so please borrow our resources with confidence – fees are there as a last resource if people aren’t carful or considerate.
